Bought a deal two years ago, all was fine until i needed their help. I asked to unlock my mobile and they directed me to my network. My network said that they only provided contact not phone and to go back to carphone warehouse. Now two weeks down the line no one wants to help!!!! I even contacted sony who produced the mobile but they need a letter with header from CW to confirm that they cant help. Unfortunately call centres cant send anything, apparently have no facilities, but they do if you want new contract!!!!! What really enoyed me was the CW wrote on their website that the network provider will help , when in fact they knew that network provider will have no codes to hand!! all just a bit lie!!!
