I don't know where to begin. I have had a phone in and out of repairs for 14 months. After a year they wouldn't even admit the handset is clearly faulty beyond repair and offer me a replacement phone or a refund, so I've had to buy a handset myself.
They have now lied and said they have replaced the handset, when I can see the same mark on it that I had from my model and the notes on their computer said "new main board".
They leave me with the only option to sell my 14 month old handset to try and recuperate some of the costs of buying a new one.
