By all means stay away from this company. I pre-order Samsung S8 on the 1st of April on a £42 tariff plan. I was given an electronic copy of the contract which clearly stated £42. When my contract was activated I checked Vodafone's web site only to find out that my line rental is £52. I went back to the shop where I was treated like a piece of garbage by the manager. I called customer service several times and every time they gave me a different story. As I cannot report them to the authorities without formally complaint to the company first I sent a formal complaint. I am waiting for their reply. If they dont resolve this asap I will report them to who ever is responble for dealing with this type of scam out there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS!!!!!!
