Before I sign the contract, they promised me that they will cover the majority of my lost for breaking my old contract. Of course, we all know what happened eventually.
Was advised by my new contract supplier that I should change my contract to something else as it will have a better outcome. So I phoned CPW next day, customer services, on Sunday, said I can cancel it within 14 days. So went back to shop on Tuesday, they told me I can not cancle it even with the terms and conditions said you can within a 7 days. The answer they gave to me is that this terms and conditions are just a generic one, stores have it own police. This is morning 9:30, no customer, those staff just left me in the counter with my new phone. I called CPW customer service again, customer services changed their tune this time. In the end, I have to stuck with this contract for next 24 month.
It is not the end. When I try to ask whether the store has wifi, another staff came and said to me. "Yes, we do,but it is secured, so you can GET OUT IT?!" I can only hope he means get out my phone. Or he just like to treat customer like a piece of garbage?! Anyway, that is my experience with them. All I can say is stay away from this Company.
