I bought a new phone online and it developed a fault so I rang customer services who advised me to return to a store. I did this and the staff couldn't do any more to help. They were helpful and went that extra mile in sorting out an exchange, which was tricky as the Iphone I had was discontinued in the 64gb. They worked very hard on getting me a phone with additional storage as a replacement for not too hefty a price increase and took the time to help me get the new phone all set up.
