At my age, 66, I am not up to date with the latest technology and sometimes find sales people can become irritated and offhand at my lack of knowledge. However, in this shop the staff went out of their way to take their time and explain the technicalities in detail and constantly asked me if I would like them to go over things more slowly. They carefully led me through every aspect of my purchase, spent time recovering important information from my old phone (I couldn't remember email addresses, etc). They wrote down and took photographs of new numbers, passwords, email addresses and of steps I needed to take to cancel my existing contract. They were all polite, caring and extremely considerate, a glowing example of the youth of today.
