Not impressed with carphone warehouse. I was told i could return a phone in-store but when i went to the stirling store i was told i couldn't. I was then told that as i was returning phone on behalf of my mum she needed to be with me. It was company policy. I then called carphone warehouse and was told if my mum set up a password the store will be able to take it without my mum being there. I went back to store tonight and guess what.... yep they wouldnt accept it despite me having it in writing about the password nonesense. Its been a total farce. Spoke to complaints and they said its the shops discretion. What utter nonsense. If theres an obstacle to be put in the way carphone warehouse will find it. Customer service is non-existent. If i could give zero stars i would.
