I got my upgrade with Carphone Warehouse. 8 months later the phone is not working with various issues. I am asked by the Store where I upgrade to take it to their Repair Centre within the same shopping area, in Canary Wharf. I take the phone and explain all the issues. They take my phone in for 'repair'. 1 week later I get a message on my phone saying 'Repair Completed'. I go in to get my phone from the Repair Store and they hand my handset over to me saying that it was already externally damaged, and hand my phone back to me! THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I was told by an extremely rude and unprofessional 'assistant manager' to go to Samsung instead and sent me packing as my 'financial issue' where I was paying my line rental for this phone was not his problem, and sent me packing! Overnight I had an email by one of his colleagues saying (WITHOUT AN APOLOGY for getting their facts wrong and for the episode in their store the night before) to go back to the store and they will repair my phone for free. I have complained, and I was promised a phone call from either a Regional Manager or a Store Manager, but NO CALL to date!
