Bought a phone from CPW that developed a fault after four weeks,took it back to my local branch and asked for a refund, refund denied but offered a repair which I reluctantly accepted. Heard nothing from CPW for two weeks phoned them to chase repair and told phone was mended and ready to be collected,I went into the branch to collect my phone and was told it hadn't been repaired after all as they are apparently not authorised by the supplier to carry out repairs. The phone has been handed back to me unrepaired and I have been left with a faulty phone.
Requested a refund only to be told that I am outside the 14 day returns policy, rubbish!! as UK law in the form of the sale of goods act says I am entitled to a refund. CPW seem to ignore this point and when you complain just keep on with "outside 14 days" mantra,almost seems like company policy to not give a refund at all cost.
