Purchased a new Samsung S9 Plus with a new contract. The store assistant told me the sim should activate within 24 hrs. It actually took four days and numerous phone calls and visits to the stores to resolve. All the different staff I spoke to gave me different reasons as why the sim would not activate. Not a Great experience.
I would however like to give a big thank you to Amy at Carphone Warehouse in Kettering who, when I spoke to her, new exactly how to resolve the issue. Within 45 mins she had my new phone up and running. CPW, I suggest you use Amy to train your members of staff in the call centres.
