To be completely honest with you, CPW's customer service is actually really good. I have recently had an issue with my bank card which caused some difficulties with collecting my online purchase. I've issued a complaint about this and they really made all they could to resolve the situation as smoothly and efficiently as possible. They were very helpful, apologized about the inconvenience, and shown a lot of good will and politeness. Eventually I got my goods and I would recommend them to everyone (CPW I mean). Word of advice: buy in shop rather than online, it is cheaper and may save you waiting for the delivery. Overall, great job Carphone Warehouse, especially the Princess St.-Edinburgh staff. However, you could really do away with limiting your security checks to one option only and introduce some backup plan, such as a photo ID... All the best and thanks again for help.
