I pre-ordered a Huawei Mate 20 Pro. They delivered an iPhone by accident. After having called them twice a week for a month, trying to get the correct phone delivered (they lied many times about dates that I was going to receive the phone), I tried to cancel my order.
They told me they couldn't cancel the order because it was still pending an investigation (which they didn't open until two weeks after the fact). I tried to argue that this should not affect my right to cancel, but they were just adamant that "the computer says no".
Apparently an "I'm very sorry" is all that is needed in their eyes to atone for hours of being put on hold, multiple visits to a store and a month of dishonest information.
