Upgraded 3 phones with Carphone warehouse this weekend in their wisdom they activate the new SIM card once order processed before you receive your new phone leaving your present phone with no service , even though service provider the same . Then to finish it off their delivery guys do not knock on doors just take a picture of house from road so now been 2 days with no phone access.
