Liars. Not much more to be said, really. The customer service is appalling, and on being told several times that a disconnection issue had been resolved, only to find out it hadn't, we're left with no alternative than to stand by my first statement. Promised 'goodwill' refunds never materialised, agreements made over the phone were never honoured, with no notes left. Requested manager callbacks never happened . . . . .
Absolutely appalling company. If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs!!!
