I ordered an upgrade on the morning of the 18th May and am still waiting the delivery which was promised for the 19th May.
if you ring the Customer Services they tell you to go on the website. If you go on the website it tells you to ring Customer Services- very clever.
I phoned CS again this morning (20th) and told they couldn't access my account as their "System was down."I am no further forward on where this order is.
