I purchased a Nokia 6.1 in November 2018. After a few weeks, the earpiece developed a fault in that the volume was very quiet. I took it back to the Carphone Warehouse and they sent it off for repair. The phone was irreparable so was exchanged for a new one (under guarantee) After a little while this phone developed the same fault. This too was returned to the shop and a replacement Nokia 6.1 issued. This latest phone has developed the same problem as all the others, so have just been into your Ipswich branch to see if they would exchange the phone for another model. I was told that it would have to be sent off again for repair and a replacement issued. They would only consider a refund or exchange to a different phone when the replacement Nokia 6.1 developed the same fault. This is unacceptable, the Nokia 6.1 seems to have a design fault (which is well documented). I have been sold faulty goods only for them to be replaced with a replacement phone with the same fault. I have found the store staff to be polite and helpful but their aftersales service is very poor indeed. I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years and would expect better treatment.
