TO be honest I'm not a great fan of human interaction especially when it comes to people trying to sell me something, so I did everything online. The experience has been great, I had an e-mail straight away to acknowledge my order. The following day I had an e-mail saying the item's (new phone and a FREE tablet £19.99 per month!!) weren't in stock and could take upto 14 days to be delivered bearing in mind I got this mail on a Sunday (07th December 14). It is now Wednesday 10th Dec, an my order was delivered by DPD (also an excellent service) I am really impressed by Carphone's speediness and not calling all the time trying to up sell me to higher priced contract. Excellent SERVICE
