so,In one day my lovely phone was brocken and i was need it to buy new one urgently.I have choosen the model and color and went to the shop. Unfurtunatelly they don`t have any color in stock,exept black,o sorry,even black is not in stock,but we can order for you...ok.We went to oter 3! stores,but they only have a black( actually it is 4 available colors). In the end I decided to get the black one. We went to CW in Guildford in High Street,find the phone. 2 assistants was bisy with the customers,we was waiting about 15 min in front of them ,no one even asked if you need any help. After that we are near to scream-is there anyone else to help us. Yes,sure....The question is-when I want to buy phone pay as you go-do I realy have to answer for hundred questions to tick te box in they system,I have wasted more than 1 hour just to buy the phone.And finaly- How would you like to receive the promoution? Realy? ? No one asking me my name, postcode,adress,my preference when i buy 5 box of wine.,but it is more inportant .It is realy normal? and if I am goind to the shop-I expect that they have selection of the items,not the only one color or even nothing,it is a shop,not a office,I can order online too,but i prefer go to the shop....Never again..
