I bought a new Nokia Lumia from Glasgow silverburn got it home was worried about light finger prints on back of phone went to add my contacts well there was 16 numbers already stored checked over the phone internet history full of previous searches.
Wasn't a new phone I got for my money it was second hand. Took shop 2 hrs to call me back and all they could say was sorry.
Bloomin really bad going Carphone warehouse.
People avoid they are rip offs.
