POSITIVES Good price and instruction, very fast confirmation of booking. NEGATIVES My criticism would be 2 fold : Firstly you do not know who you have booked with until it is too late (i.e. you have paid). My booking is with OK Car, which has some terrible reviews and had I know this I may not have placed the booking. Lets hope that I have no issues. Secondly, you do not know whether the collection of the vehicle is on or off of the Airport again until you have booked and this is important with a family of 5 and 4 cases to lug around. These two things make a difference when making a decision.
