The price was good and courteous representatives on site. I didn't know the car pi k up site was off site. A little more work has to be done with the pickup. The pick up vehicle had no indication that it was a shuttle. The driver had no identification that he was a rental shuttle. This is very unnerving for a female travelling by herself. The driver at the destination was not sure where the rental office was. Otherwise the staff at the rental office itself were very good.
