had a great car hire experience,cheap upgrade to a vw(our own car)and it was a vw! disappointed about not getting an allinclusive extra insurance price,over doubled the cost(i didn't go for it).did over 500 km and saw a lot that we wound'nt of,plus free transfers! great! service was as effeccient ,polite and friendly as could be.recommended!
