The rates and the inclusive nature of the deal was a winner for me. The site has a few bugs, but that could be repaired easily. When I had decided to take the excess insurance, a small window came up on top pushing me to continue with the process. I could not get rid of this window and had to refresh. Result my selecting excess was erased and therefore I did not get it. Pity. Now I live in hope that the reality will equal the promise when I get the car and that there will not be unpleasant surprises.
