Excellent service through booking agents. Service at Europcars at Geneva airport not quite the same standard though. Few staff and a lot of customers and although the member of staff on the outward journey was as helpful as she could be searching for the car was difficult and parked in a very awkward place which meant asking members of the public to help with reverse. Perhaps they could leave cars in a position so customers could just drive out?!
