Found Carrentals.co.uk through Easyfundraising.org (so I was also able to support my nominated charity as 3% of the car hire cost will go to them). Simple booking procedure and immediate email repsonse along with voucher and excess insurance policy. Price was comparible to other cheaper companies, but although the T&C's are very long (as they always are with these things) it does appear to cover literally everything once you purchase the extra bit (around £70). So far I am pretty impressed. I just hope for the same experience when we go to get the car.
