I started booking with another company who had a really annoying and very loud 'video' about why you should take out insurance. I was in the same room as other people and couldn't turn it off quickly enough! I then changed car - in fact this company is slightly more expensive (only £2 or so!) but no noisy and irritating ad on the website.
