OVERALL I AM PLEASED WITH CARRENTALS ON MY CAR HIRE NEEDS AS I MOSTLY ALWAYS USE THEM.MY ONLY CONCERN ALWAYS IS THE INSURANCE EXESS THAT ONE IS BADGERED TO FORK OUT ON ARRIVAL TO OICK UP THE CAR.I THINK THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL POLICY AND NOT AS AN ADDITIONAL WHICH ONE IS MADE TO EITHER PAY OR DECLINE
