I am still waiting on them closing the TD, it's been over 3 months since they claimed it would be done. Further to this, they lied to me about what was involved. They pushed me into the TD without explaining my options. After speaking to an independent advisor they suggested an entirely different and less invasive route, this left me seriously unimpressed. Being on the TD has severely affected my ability to gain new employment as I require security clearance for my career and I now constantly fail those checks because of the TD. If anyone knows a decent lawyer I am more than willing to pursue this now.
