On entering the showroom, we were welcomed, our temperature checked, and allowed in to view the cars, every member of staff was open, friendly and unobtrusive but available to help if I needed information on the vehicles, Darren was my salesman, extremely nice, not pushy, and completed the transaction effortlessly...all in all a good experience...pick up took longer when I went to finalize the purchase on Monday evening...but again staff very friendly and accommodating, two key fobs given but unfortunately they hadn’t been tested prior to delivery, and one wasn’t working, also had to come back to the showroom today to pick up the SD card for the onboard sat nav...feel these little things could be checked prior to the hand over...Lia took payment and handed over the car...as I intimated pleased with the salesman, and overall the staff are not overbearing but are very helpful, and other than the tiny niggle with key and SD card, would happily recommend Peter Vardy in the future...a member of staff phoned me regarding SD card the day after I collected the car...
