My first purchase from Peter Vardy and what a difference in the whole experience from walking through the door, buying, trading-in and after the sale.
No salesman walking around like my shadow, no pressurising into buying addons like gap insurance or even a car that's completely unsuitable just so they make a sale.
When picking up the car, all the staff were great, even engaging with my kids and getting them involved with the unveiling of the car.
Staff should be proud of the way they are ... Don't go changing
