No one seemed to know what they were doing.
No one seemed to be communicating what was expected.
The car was supposed to be fueled and was not.
The hoover box was jammed shut and a lever was broken.
No one had told the garage I was picking the car up on the day so it was not taxed even though you phoned me to arrange that pickup day.
Now the sale has gone through it seems like the sales person is not answering my texts about the problematic handover.
The car is full electric so not having it charged and ready was an issue. I only just made it home .
