Due to Covid restrictions, I had looked online for suitable cars, I called the store and was assisted in making my visit as efficient as possible. At the store I was helped by several staff, Bobby was first to greet me at the shop front, then it was onto Harry who showed me the products on offer and helped me to get the car of my choosing, Harry and Brian made the finance part easy to understand and I believed the deal suited myself and the firm. Went home happy with my choice, I got a follow up call from Stephen in the handover team and he guided me through the online signing of documents. I arranged to pick the car up 2 days later. I was helped by Sasha through the handover process. All in all the staff i was in contact with were really friendly and helpful and the process was smooth. I'm happy with my Vardy experience and my purchase. I also got a follow up call from Harry again informing me to contact him if I needed anything. Top Mark's to all concerned. Thankyou.
