Salesperson Christopher Boyd provided excellent assistance, his knowledge of this vehicle and available options allowed me to make an informed decision. I was happy with the vehicle and the information regarding additional services. Unfortunately I have been less than impressed with the after sales service and also the fact that the atmosphere on returning to collect my purchase was less than welcoming. Buying a car is a considered purchase which merits that the whole experience should be as good as the service provided by the salesperson. On arriving home and on closer inspection I discovered that the chips on the paintwork which had been agreed to be repaired had not been carried out and the car had actually not been valeted . This was proven by an old parking ticket still in the door and dirt in a holder. A promise of a return call in response to my contact with the after sales team failed to happen and a return to the store for remedial work was not a pleasant experience. In summary this was an experience of two halves, excellent sales assistance, hence the five star review ,however improvement required in After Sales.
