The service was very good and all the staff we dealt with were very professional. However I was disappointed that our collection date had to be changed. It was good the repairs needed had been picked up but unfortunately they were not done in time for our arranged pick up date which in turn meant I had to arrange to change my insurance policy back over to my old car until I was able to collect the new one. This car store is very family orientated.
