In all honesty I would not have given a 5 star review had it not been for the efforts of Craig Dick. There seems to be a major lack of communication between departments and the only person who seemed to be looking after my best interests was Craig. I have still to return my car now at an inconvenience of mine, to get the repair work done that was supposed to be done by the workshop for my collection date and the only reason it got sorted was because Craig was as unhappy as I was with the bodged up job that you tried to fob me off with. The aftercare from Craig was top notch as well. Can't thank him enough for his efforts. Thanks.
