Craig Dick was very friendly and helpful as was Jacquline from the hand over team. Bit of a mix up with the paperwork which was nothing to do with Craig or Jacquline and they made good on a bit of a bad situation with lots of helpful advice and reassurance. Built up a good relationship with both as was on the phone every couple of days and they were quick to keep me up to date on the situation,overall if it had not been for both Craig and Jacquline being very nice people I may have not went through with the purchase of the vehicle. I think the company needs to evaluate which financial company's they deal with.
