I was told 5 different dates I was to pick my car up and never received it on any of the dates given, I even turned up at the car store only to be turned away without a car. This was very frustrating although the sales Rep Jamie Reid could not have been anymore helpful as he even found out what was happening with my car while he was off on holiday because everyone else I spoke to on the phone couldn't give me a straight answer. I was also told because of the delay in getting my car I would receive a full tank of petrol and some other gifts but I never received any of them (the gift I did get I think was a standard gift to everyone)
