Jason tanner was the guy who sold the car. Great guy, straightforward and very good customer service from all the staff from start . Both managers came along and introduced themselves. Very impressive . Only issue was Pick up. We had to wait 9 days and then 2 and half hours for the car to be handed over as someone messed up the time. I was told 3pm ended up with it being mine at 17.30. We had suspision that they hadn't even done my car and my fears were confirmed when they handed my MOT over and it was the same date. They mentioned the seats might be damp as it was just cleaned (which they were) When I got car it was still dirty inside. In the car park me and my dad got wipes and cleaned the doors, console , dashboard and was thick with dust and dirt. So was disappointed. Great start, very poor ending.
