Second time in to purchase was a great experience last time. But after sales service has really let me down. I have waited six weeks for my second key. Was told 2 weeks ago the nav sd card was there to collect then was told yesterday it was on order. I've phoned dozens of times and no one phoned back. I submitted a contact form via the website and no one contacted me. I spoke to the complaints manager and she never phoned me back. Again I was told yesterday I would get a call to let me know when nav sd card would be available and no call. Very disappointing after a great experience last time.
