Very friendly staff, approachable and eager to help and assist. Absolutely love the car, again on first viewing there were a few obvious marks and scratches which I told would have been fixed the filling week before my collection of the vehicle, they were not fixed and I had to point them out again to another staff member who was very helpful. Also car had a light on, regarding not being able to detect types sensors. The staff member who originally dealt with me, came and collected my car and took it to the store and made sure everything was sorted. I would recommend the company, however I feel they need to ensure all of the work is done to their cars before they allow them out of their store and with the customer. Having a slow puncture in one of my tyres was slightly alarming, vehicles should not be given to customers when something like that has not been sorted. Overall, the staff and everyone I encountered were great but I feel that the sale was the most important thing not necessarily customer welfare after purchase.
