The car store experience itself was ok, very typical of what i expect from a large car show room and sales environment... except your free coffee is probably better than other car showrooms. What was particularly good was the excellent service from the salesman Michael who was fantastic throughout the whole car buying process, his manner was warm and friendly and he took the time to make sure I found the car that I wanted. Unlike other car showrooms at no point did i feel like i was being rushed or cajoled into buying something, I very much appreciated this. Picking up the car was also an easy and stress free experience and it had obviously been given a good well detailed cleaning and servicing.
