I liked the idea of being "greeted" and shown to the correct part of the store / person for my enquiry. All staff I encountered were polite and courteous and appeared "genuinely" to want to help in whatever way they could. No question was left unanswered. Craig Dick was the salesman who assisted me. Craig was knowledgeable about what he was doing with regard to PPI however if there was anything he wasn't sure of he "checked" to make sure he was giving me the correct information. At no time did I feel pressurised into anything and Craig recapped everything to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Prior to this visit I had always gone to Evans Halshaw in East Kilbride because of the excellent service I received there. When I discovered Graham and Scott Clacquer had moved to Peter Vardy I was concerned that the level of service would have deteriorated at Evans Halshaw - which it has and this was one the main reasons I decided to try Peter Vardy. Having said that the service I received from Craig was outstanding and I would have no hesitation recommending Peter Vardy for that reason alone. Craig comes across as genuinely wanting to help his customer get the "right" car for them and takes great care and attention making sure the customer has an enjoyable experience. Craig is a credit both to himself and Peter Vardy I would also like to say that having worked dealt with Graham Claquer over many years I'm sure his team / department are in great hands as he ALWAYS puts the customer first.
