"The whole CarStore experience was excellent and the sales person that was assigned to me certainly went that extra mile (thanks Craig), the choice of cars was impressive, we ended up buying an excellent Jaguar BUT the only reason that I did not give 5 stars was that I was not told that there was no Manuals or Service History with the car and to me it is deal breaker and I dont think that I would have bought the car if I knew this, okay I could have asked but I just presumed that it would have be included. Once I drove home I found a few (5) issues with the car, I called the CarStore customer services and they contacted Jaguar in Aberdeen and arranged to get the issues fixed, brilliant and good overall experience, certainly go back for my next car. "
