I was met by Jamie Reid on arrival he made myself and my parents feel at ease from the word go, he made sure we were all looked after and that I got the best deal possible. When I returned to collect my car again it was a very smooth transition every staff member couldn't do enough for you. Just awaiting on my service book, user manual, and locking wheel nut for alloys didn't realise it wasn't in the car when I left the show room but called Jamie today and he couldn't be more helpful to make sure he gets these for me.
