They eventually did! Started off very badly, we were treated very poorly. However when Darren Cuthbertson stepped in it all changed. He assigned Gavin Loftus to help us whom I cannot praise enough. However there are other members of staff who deserve no praise whatsoever and are a disgrace. But following the replacement of our faulty vehicle, we are now very happy with the current one.
