This is the first time I have enjoyed buying a car. From the moment I stepped into the showroom with my family and meeting my sales person Craig to collecting the car was an absolute pleasure. Craig has kept in contact with myself constantly as my V5 had not arrived for 3 weeks causing some stress due to my insurance renewal being a couple of days away, this is now resolved with the help of Craig. My review has just arrived also, though I was advised to expect it 48 hours after collecting my car? I believe people should be praised for their efforts when warranted as too many people seem to use social media etc to leave negative comments. All in all I have had a fantastic time and will be more than happy to recommend Craig and Peter Vardy Carstore to all friends and family in the future. I will definitely be back when my car needs replaced.
