The process once you step through the doors is very well designed and organised which impressed me. I was looking to purchase a Nissan Juke and whilst there weren’t any at the Hillington office, our sales person Connor, was very helpful and managed to source one for us from Aberdeen which was great. We were initially told they would have to bring it down on the Tues to allow us to view it before purchasing the vehicle however I didn’t receive a call until the Thurs which was unfortunate. I went into view the car and was really pleased, took it for a tests drive too which was great. I signed the paperwork required as I was informed it takes a couple of days for the finance to be set up. I received a courtesy call on the Wed and was informed once the car was ready we could arranged pick up. I then received another call on the Friday asking if I could pop in that evening to sign papers. I advised the girl I had already which she replied she hadn’t seen that and as it takes 24hrs fo the finance to go through, I could pick up the car on the Saturday afternoon. On picking up the car the whole process was very quick and smooth and I was very pleased with that. All in all, Connor who was my salesperson was excellent and very knowledgable however, I feel the whole process could have easily been more smoother as it was 2 weeks later before I actually picked up the car which I am delighted with.
