Initially when I visited the car store I was welcomed and felt that the most important thing was to help me find a car of my taste and budget, as often happens in these situations I went to look but made a purchase. A good deal was transacted for part exchange and purchase. I left the store with the intention of collecting my car the following week. This is where things took a downturn in customer service. I was contacted twice about payment for the car from Andi McWhirter even after first explaining I would pay by card on collection day. I attempted to arrange collection but was informed that my private plate required removal first this was not initially explained therefore delayed collection. Eventually after numerous calls and emails and growing frustration I collected my car where frustration turned to disappointment. The team member doing my hand over hadn’t a clue how to work my car there was an error in the keyless entry, the car was filthy inside and out. The scratches that were agreed to be fixed were incomplete. I was promised mats these were not in the car. The whole experience was awful. My car is booked in Shortly to complete the work,
