Great place to deal with. Craig Gemmell is a god send here. Spoke with Craig and he understood what I needed and went above and beyond to make it happen. Absolute gentleman and a fantastic no pressure salesman. Knowledge of a range of cars is brilliant. Attention to detail was fantastic as well as the coffee offered in abundance. An overall hassle free process. Highly recommend the Car Store to anyone thinking of buying. My only drawback was the preparation of the car. The valet left a lot to be desired. In my opinion it wasn’t cleaned up properly and it showed with both interior and exterior. Simple things that were missed along with over polish on the trim along with areas that hadn’t been washed. Very poor service from the valeters. A day later I had to throw the mats that came with the car out as there was a horrible smell inside the car. Now back for another valet in the hope to have that nice new car smell instead of dirty water or unwashed socks. Overall a 10 for Craig Gemmell 👌🏆 Valeters have still to earn a score from me here. 👎
