The sales representative that dealt with us, Brian McWilliams, was excellent - he spent ages with us and we test drove several cars, so 5 stars to him. However when we collected the car it hadn't been valeted (still had road dirt from when we test drove it, scratches that should have been polished out and muddy marks in the boot) which makes a farce of the check list that's left inside the car with all boxes ticked! The service book was missing from the glove-box but was posted straight out when I phoned to query it, so I think that was a genuine mistake. We paid a deposit to hold the car for 48 hours whilst we made a decision and were given a print out of the details - it had the incorrect date of first registration so what we thought was going to be free road tax was actually £140 - to be fair Brian had said it was £140 but when we got home and saw the registration date was pre April 2017 we assumed that information was correct - another lack of attention to detail.
